航天器總裝看板生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)研究

Research & Implementation of Spacecraft’s Assembling JIT System

  • 摘要: 文章通過對航天器總裝管理現(xiàn)狀的分析，介紹了看板生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的設計：該系統(tǒng)將指令性卡片與物料卡片相結合，屬于MRP管理模式；確定以B/S和C/S模式相結合、標準J2EE結構和Oracle 9i數(shù)據(jù)庫平臺的技術途徑；由4個層面構建總裝管理平臺；總的系統(tǒng)框架由7個子模塊組成。該系統(tǒng)的研制可實現(xiàn)總裝工作中計劃、技術、生產(chǎn)、管理信息的有機結合，并能有效地提高工作效率。

     

    Abstract: In analyzing the present condition of the spacecraft assembling management, this paper presents the design of the JIT system, where the instruction card and the material card are combined in the MRP mode, the B/S mode and the C/S mode are combined, using the standard J2EE construction and the Oracle 9i data platform. The Assembling Management Platform is constructed with four levels, and the system framework is composed of seven modules. With the system, the information of planning, technology, production, management in the assembling work can be jointly accessed, which greatly improves the efficiency.
