S781白漆電子輻照后光學(xué)性能退化的恢復(fù)與保護(hù)

Degradation and ground recovery ofoptical pmperties of781 white paints after electron irradiation damage and its protection technique

  • 摘要: 為了深入認(rèn)識和抑制航天器材料空間輻照損傷在地面環(huán)境中的恢復(fù),在模擬的空間環(huán)境下對S781白漆進(jìn)行了90keV電子輻照試驗(yàn)。研究了電子輻照后,試樣分別在真空環(huán)境下、真空室注入空氣后和空氣中儲存幾小時后輻照誘發(fā)的光譜反射系數(shù)和太陽吸收比的變化。結(jié)果表明,S781白漆光學(xué)性能退化的恢復(fù)主要發(fā)生于與空氣接觸的數(shù)分鐘內(nèi)。此外,液氮環(huán)境對S781白漆的電子輻照損傷和光學(xué)性能退化具有保護(hù)作用。液氮的保護(hù)機(jī)制不僅在于它抑制了氧在材料表面的化學(xué)吸附,還在于它對輻照誘發(fā)缺陷的凍析效應(yīng)。

     

    Abstract: To better understand and suppress the ground recovery of the space radiation damage in spacecraft materials, S781 white paint samples were selected to be put under irradiation of 90 keV electrons in a simulated space environment. After that, the radiation-induced spectral reflectance change and the solar absorptance change were measured in the vacuum, then with air fed into the vacuum chamber, the samples were exposed to the air for several hours. The results show that the optical degradation of S781 white paints is mainly recovered in just several minutes under the air exposure. Furthermore, a liquid-nitrogen environment can conserve the electron irradiation damage and the optical degradation of the S781 white paints. The conservation mechanism of the liquid nitrogen may not only from the suppression of the oxygen chemisorption in the surface, but also from the freeze-out effect of the radiation-induced defects.
