200 kN振動臺動圈建模與仿真分析

Modelling of armature of 200 kN shaker and its simulation

  • 摘要: 文章利用Solidworks軟件及Cosmosworks軟件針對200 kN振動臺動圈進行了建模和有限元模態(tài)分析,通過模態(tài)試驗對模型進行了修正,并以修正后的模型為基礎進行了動態(tài)響應仿真分析,得到了傳遞函數和響應曲線,計算出1 g加速度控制條件下的驅動力譜,并運用該力譜模擬了正弦掃頻試驗,得到的控制點響應曲線與實際情況較為吻合。

     

    Abstract: The armature of 200 kN shaker is modeled and a finite element analysis is carried out using the software of Solidworks and Cosmosworks, and the model is modified based on the modal test results. The driving force spectrum under the control force of 1 g is obtained from the transfer functions and response curves, which are obtained by dynamic response simulation of the armature. For validating the above calculation, a sine sweep test is carried out by using the driving force spectrum, and the results show that the response curves of the reference points agree very well with the actual case.
