振動(dòng)電容式介質(zhì)內(nèi)部電荷測(cè)量?jī)x研制

Design of an intemal change measuring instrument based on vibration capacitor

  • 摘要: 內(nèi)帶電效應(yīng)是引起航天器飛行故障的主要原因之一。為滿足對(duì)內(nèi)帶電效應(yīng)進(jìn)行地面模擬試驗(yàn)研究的需求,文章提出了一種基于振動(dòng)電容法的內(nèi)帶電電荷測(cè)量方法,設(shè)計(jì)了物理探頭和信號(hào)處理器,完成了原理樣機(jī)的研制,并對(duì)原理樣機(jī)進(jìn)行了標(biāo)定測(cè)量試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,該自主研發(fā)儀器線性度和準(zhǔn)確度高,工作性能穩(wěn)定。

     

    Abstract: Imemal charging effect is one of the main causes of spacecmft night fault. According to the requirement of the ground simulation experiment with respect to the intemal charging effect, a charge measurement method based on the Vibration capacitance method is proposed. The physical stmcture of the sensor and the signal pmcessing circuit are designed. The prototype of the measuring instrument is developed, and calibrated by test. The test results show that the instmment features high linearity, good accuracy, and stable performance.
