磁力矩器在高低溫變化環(huán)境下工作磁矩實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)試方法

摘要: 采用赤道作圖法等常規(guī)磁矩測(cè)試方法無法實(shí)現(xiàn)磁力矩器在熱真空、熱循環(huán)等空間環(huán)境模擬試驗(yàn)過程中的磁矩監(jiān)測(cè)。針對(duì)這種情況,文章提出了一種通過磁通反演磁矩的測(cè)試方法。該方法通過建立磁力矩器的磁矩與通過測(cè)試線圈的磁通之間的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),進(jìn)而根據(jù)測(cè)得的測(cè)試線圈內(nèi)的磁通值來間接地得到磁力矩器的磁矩值,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了磁力矩器在高低溫變化環(huán)境下的磁矩實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)試。Abstract: The traditional methods of magnetic torque measurement for magnetorquer can not be used under high-low temperature environments. In this paper, a new measurement method is proposed, in which the magnetic torque of magnetorquer is indirectly obtained by the relationship between the magnetic torque of the magnetorquer and the magnetic flux of the testing coil, to realize a real-time measurement of magnetic torque under high and low temperature environments.
