Design of KM6 Solar Simulator

摘要: 文章介紹了KM6太陽(yáng)模擬器的設(shè)計(jì)方案。為實(shí)現(xiàn)先進(jìn)的技術(shù)指標(biāo),KM6太陽(yáng)模擬器選用了離軸準(zhǔn)直光學(xué)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案,并對(duì)該光學(xué)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了理論分析。文章還介紹了機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、冷卻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、電控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、光學(xué)裝校和光學(xué)測(cè)量設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵。采用有限元分析方法對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。Abstract: The design scheme of KM6 solar simulator is presented in the paper, where an off-axis and collimation optical system is used to meet some advanced technological requirement. The key techniques in the design of mechanical structures, cool system, electro-control system, optical adjustment and optical measurement equipment are dicussed, and the finite element analysis is carried out to optimize the design.
