激光模擬單粒子效應試驗研究

摘要: 脈沖激光模擬單粒子效應是單粒子效應地面實驗模擬中新近才發(fā)展起來的一種方法。本文主要介紹脈沖激光模擬單粒子效應的基本原理、實用性及特點,結合實驗室從俄羅斯引進的激光模擬單粒子效應試驗系統(tǒng)。 選取了幾種典型星用器件,在國內(nèi)首次開展了激光模擬單粒子效應試驗研究,研究表明脈沖激光模擬方法是一種有效、安全、經(jīng)濟、方便的地面模擬單粒子效應的方法,它可以很大程度上彌補了傳統(tǒng)地面模擬單粒子效應方法的不足,是地面評估星用器件和集成電路抗輻射加固的另一重要方法。Abstract: As a newly developed method, the pulse laser simulation of Single-Event Effect (SEE) is introduced in this paper, with its basic principle, applications and features. The laser simulation system (LSS) in our laboratory is bought from Russia. The test results show that the pulse laser simulation technique is effective, safe, economical and convenient, and can be a key method of evaluating the radiation hardening of integrated circuit of spacecraft on the ground.
