磁力矩器強度計算分析及尺寸優(yōu)化設(shè)計

The calculation of magnetic torque strength and the dimension optimization design

  • 摘要: 磁力矩器是衛(wèi)星的重要執(zhí)行機構(gòu)。為了保障其使用的可靠性,文章運用有限元分析的方法,計算磁力矩器的力學特性,同時采用材料力學和有限元計算的方法,對其進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,降低最大應(yīng)力。計算結(jié)果表明:不均勻的溫度場導(dǎo)致較大熱應(yīng)力。磁力矩器的危險部位主要集中在支架底座與螺栓接觸面處,通過尺寸優(yōu)化設(shè)計可以減小此處的應(yīng)力。

     

    Abstract: The magnetic torque is the main execution part of a satellite. This paper presents a design of the magnetic torque based on its strength and reliability, which is optimized in dimension by the method of materials mechanics and the finite element calculation to reduce the maximum stress. The results show that the thermal stress is caused by its non-uniform temperature field. The main dangerous positions of the magnetic torque are in the contact interface between the bolt and the support base and the optimization reduces the stress in the critical point.
