月球車輪與月面相互作用的兩種仿真模型的比較與應用

Comparison and application of two models for wheel-soil interaction simulation

  • 摘要: 文章進行了月球車單個車輪和模擬月壤相互作用的初步研究,并將兩種不同輪下分布模型得到的單輪力學性能仿真分析的結果和土槽試驗結果進行了對比,從中選出合適的模型對車輪的牽引性能進行仿真計算。根據(jù)試驗結果,利用動沉陷量-滑轉率之間的線性關系獲得了動沉陷系數(shù),然后對不同垂直載荷、不同表面形狀車輪牽引力的變化規(guī)律進行了預測,并進行了相應的試驗驗證。

     

    Abstract: This paper studies the interaction between the lunar rover wheel and lunar simulant. The simulation results obtained by using two different models are compared with the results of soil bin experiment, and, accordingly, one model is chosen for drawbar pull prediction. The dynamic sinkage factor is determined based on the linear relationship between the dynamic sinkage and slip. The drawbar pulls of different wheels at different loads are calculated and then validated through experiments.
