環(huán)氧基納米復合材料抗真空紫外輻照性能研究(英文)

A study on the resistance performance of epoxy nano- composites under vacuum ultraviolet irradiation

  • 摘要: 文章模擬真空紫外輻照條件,,研究波長5~200 nm的真空紫外線(VUV)對環(huán)氧樹脂648以及環(huán)氧基納米復合材料的輻照損傷效應。質量損失,、掃描電子顯微鏡,、質譜儀和X射線光電子譜儀分析結果表明:納米TiO2起到明顯抗真空紫外輻照的作用。輻照后,,與環(huán)氧樹脂相比,,環(huán)氧基納米復合材料的質量損失大幅度降低,彎曲強度變化較小,,出氣量和出氣成分減少,,表面沒有新的C峰出現(xiàn),表面O 1s峰的主要成分沒有發(fā)生變化,。

     

    Abstract: Irradiation damage effects of the epoxy resin 648 and epoxy nano-composites are studied in a simulated vacuum ultraviolet irradiation (VUV) condition with wavelength ranging from 5 nm to 200 nm. Experimental results of the mass loss, SEM and XPS show that nano-TiO2 particles lead to better resistance performance under the VUV. As compared with epoxy resin, the epoxy nano-composite shows significantly less mass loss, smaller flexural strength variation and a decrease of gas extraction with less gas component varieties after irradiation. What's more, no new carbon peak value has been found and the principal components of O ls peak value remain unchanged on the surface.
