Centralized control system of large space environment simulator based on SCADA and Ethernet

  • 摘要: 以往的空間環(huán)境模擬器大多采用分散獨(dú)立控制的模式,導(dǎo)致多套設(shè)備并行試驗(yàn)時(shí)人力投入大、設(shè)備管理困難。針對(duì)這一問題,文章提出了一種基于SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition,監(jiān)控與資料搜集)系統(tǒng)和以太網(wǎng)的分布式集中控制系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用B/S架構(gòu),將控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)和企業(yè)局域網(wǎng)相結(jié)合,為操作用戶和管理用戶提供方便靈活的遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)。系統(tǒng)對(duì)關(guān)鍵模塊采用了必要的冗余設(shè)計(jì),增加了可靠性和安全性。

     

    Abstract: The space environment simulator used to adopt a decentralized control model, which would lead to a large investment in human resource and a difficult equipment management problem when several space environment simulators located in different places are running in parallel. This paper proposes a centralized control system based on SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) and Ethernet, which is the first in China to implement the centralized control of space environment simulators. The centralized control system adopts the B/S structure and combines the centrally controlled network and the enterprise network, to provide convenient and flexible remote data services to operators and supervisors. On top of that, the centralized control system deploys protective redundancy for key equipment, which enhances the reliability of the system.
