航天器真空熱試驗中附加熱流的分析及對策

Analyses of and countermeasures on additive heat flux during spacecraft vacuum thermal test

  • 摘要: 航天器在空間環(huán)境模擬器內(nèi)進行真空熱試驗時,各種非熱沉結(jié)構(gòu)均會產(chǎn)生附加熱流。附加熱流會造成熱平衡試驗中背景熱流偏大,影響對整器熱設(shè)計的驗證;也會造成無法滿足真空熱試驗所需的低溫維持和降溫速率要求,影響對航天器環(huán)境適應(yīng)性的有效考核。文章分析總結(jié)了空間環(huán)境模擬器內(nèi)造成附加熱流的主要因素,提出了相應(yīng)的改進措施,其中部分措施在試驗中已成功應(yīng)用。

     

    Abstract: In the space vacuum thermal test, the non-heat-sink configurations bring about the additive heat flux which increases the background flux during the thermal balance test and affect the validation of the system thermal design. Therefore, the requirements of the low temperature maintenance and the temperature rising speed are difficult to achieve, and the environment adaptability of the spacecraft can not be validated adequately. In this paper, the chief factors of the additive heat flux are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are suggested. These methods were applied in the tests successfully.
