航天器單機機箱內(nèi)部壓力變化規(guī)律探析

  • 摘要: 航天電子產(chǎn)品在低氣壓環(huán)境下容易發(fā)生放電,導致電磁干擾、產(chǎn)品損壞甚至災難性事故。為確定單機機箱內(nèi)部壓力在軌變化趨勢和特點,文章以航天器典型單機機箱為研究對象,首先計算分析了機箱內(nèi)部壓力隨時間的變化規(guī)律;然后利用特殊工裝實際測量了置于真空容器內(nèi)機箱的內(nèi)部壓力變化。理論計算結(jié)果與試驗實測結(jié)果符合性較好。該研究能夠為單機機箱設計、低氣壓放電防護及評估提供依據(jù)和指導。

     

    Abstract: Discharge could easily happen in a low pressure environment for electronic products onboard a spacecraft, to induce electromagnetic interference, product damages, and even catastrophic accidents. To determine the changes and the pressure variations inside a unit case, the pressure is analyzed and calculated. Then, using a special self-developed device, the pressure in the unit case is measured in a vacuum chamber. The calculation results and the measuring results are in good agreement, which may provide some guidance for the design of the unit case, the protection against low-pressure discharge and the evaluation.
