  • 摘要: 轉(zhuǎn)動部件的狀態(tài)監(jiān)測和故障診斷有多種方法,其中振動診斷技術(shù)在被診斷系統(tǒng)的信號采集、數(shù)據(jù)處理、故障識別和診斷中顯示出簡便可靠的優(yōu)越性,尤其適用于不停機(jī)在線監(jiān)測和診斷報警。“風(fēng)云二號”掃描輻射計由于其特征頻率為較高的67 Hz與200 Hz,尤其適用于通過測量加速度來監(jiān)測狀態(tài)和診斷故障。振動診斷技術(shù)將為確保衛(wèi)星的長壽命和高可靠提供有力保障。

     

    Abstract: Among various methods of state monitoring and fault diagnosis for rotating components, the vibration analysis technique has the advantages of simplicity and reliability with respect to signal acquisition, data processing, fault identification and diagnosis, especially, for non-stop machine-line monitoring and diagnosis alarming systems. With this technology, the state scanning radiometer of FengYun-II satellite, with the frequency of 67 Hz and 200 Hz, is monitored by measuring the acceleration to monitor and diagnose faults.
