基于吊具吊點調(diào)節(jié)的航天器水平調(diào)節(jié)方法
Spacecraft leveling method based on adjusting suspension point ofhoist equipment

摘要: 水平調(diào)節(jié)是航天器吊裝過程中質(zhì)量控制和安全保障的重要環(huán)節(jié)。文章針對航天器吊裝時不同狀態(tài)的特點,提出了一種以傳感器傾角為輸入、吊點位置為輸出的水平調(diào)節(jié)航天器的方法,并通過理論分析給出調(diào)節(jié)算法,最后通過軟件仿真驗證了新方法的有效性。Abstract: The level adjusting is an important process to guarantee the quality and the safety of spacecraft hoisting and assembly. To improve the leveling technology, a suspension centre adjustment method is proposed, based on the hoisting process of spacecraft, with the obliquity as the input and the position of the suspension point as the output. The adjusting algorism is derived by theoretical analysis. Simulation results show that the method is effective.
