摘要: 針對壓環(huán)壓不緊和易變形的缺陷進行了有限元分析,,提出了一種振動壓環(huán)優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法,。通過對優(yōu)化前后數(shù)據(jù)的比較分析,探討了提高壓環(huán)抗變形能力和增加預(yù)緊力的途徑,。實際應(yīng)用表明,,衛(wèi)星的一階頻率較壓環(huán)優(yōu)化前有明顯提高,且沒有再出現(xiàn)壓環(huán)變形的情況,。Abstract: An optimization method is proposed based on the finite element analysis for clamp ring used in satellite vibration test. It is shown that its anti-distortion ability is greatly improved and its pretightening force is increased.
