摘要: 文章對(duì)空間環(huán)境模擬試驗(yàn)設(shè)備研制過(guò)程中的進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)行研究，結(jié)合實(shí)際工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)、里程碑計(jì)劃管理及網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)等項(xiàng)目管理方法在空間環(huán)境模擬試驗(yàn)設(shè)備研制進(jìn)度管理中的應(yīng)用作了初步探討，介紹了項(xiàng)目管理方法在的進(jìn)度管理上的具體應(yīng)用。Abstract: This paper studies the process management in the development of the space environmental simulator. Combined with practical experience, the applications of the work breakdown structure, the milestone planning, the program management, and the network technologies in the engineering project management for developing the space environmental simulation test facility are discussed. The methods of project management are proposed to be used for the process control.
