摘要: 文章結(jié)合大容量通信衛(wèi)星的技術(shù)特點(diǎn),系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了與之相適應(yīng)的熱真空試驗(yàn)方法改進(jìn)措施,,主要包括組件溫度外擴(kuò)過(guò)試驗(yàn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別,、紅外燈陣加熱器及轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)器組合控溫、星內(nèi)真空度和污染監(jiān)測(cè),、回溫控制等,并對(duì)各項(xiàng)措施的實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,,以利進(jìn)一步提高熱真空試驗(yàn)水平,。這些改進(jìn)措施已成功應(yīng)用于多顆大容量通信衛(wèi)星熱真空試驗(yàn),對(duì)其他系列衛(wèi)星熱真空試驗(yàn)具有一定的借鑒意義,。Abstract: This paper reviews the methods of the thermal vacuum tests for large-capacity communication satellites, including the over-test risk identification from the temperature bias, the temperature control by infrared lamps with repeaters, the monitoring of the vacuum degree and the pollution inside the satellites, and the temperature control in the process of temperature recovery to the ambient value. Those test methods have been successfully implemented in the thermal vacuum tests of several large-capacity communications satellites, and Can serve as a reference to other series of satellites.
