基于計算流體動力學數(shù)值模擬分析的旋風分離器優(yōu)化設計

CFD-based simulation analysis for the optimization design of cyclone separator

  • 摘要: 旋風分離器由于結構簡單而機理復雜,廣泛應用于環(huán)境除塵凈化處理。為了提高旋風分離器的除塵凈化效率,文章基于計算流體動力學(CFD)數(shù)值模擬方法分析了其工作過程,得到了內(nèi)部氣-固兩相流的分布參數(shù)云圖。針對這些參數(shù)分布云圖,分析了它們產(chǎn)生的原因。為了提高除塵凈化效率和節(jié)省能源,文章通過參數(shù)、邊界條件的反復設定及模擬分析,確定了旋風分離器的最佳設計方案。本方案經(jīng)過實際產(chǎn)品的有效運行取得了良好的效果。

     

    Abstract: Cyclone separators, with a simple structure but a complex working mechanism, are widely used in environment dust purification treatments. In order to improve the cyclone dust cleaning efficiency, a CFD-based simulation analysis is carried out for the working of the cyclone separator, and the internal gas-solid dual phase flow distribution parameter nephogram is obtained. The parameter distribution cloud images are analyzed. Through repeated simulation analyses of these parameters and their boundary conditions, the optimal design scheme of the cyclone separator is finally determined, which improves the efficiency of the dust purification with less energy consumption. Satisfactory results are obtained after the scheme is applied in practical products.
