  • 摘要: 文章針對航天器總裝過程的特點,提出了航天器總裝的可靠性評估理論。首先,提出了航天器總裝可靠性的概念,然后對航天器的總裝過程進行了建模分析,闡述了航天器總裝的可靠度分配原理以及總裝FMEA評估方法,從而初步建立了一套適應(yīng)航天器總裝的可靠性理論,以此有效的控制航天器的總裝質(zhì)量,查找出總裝過程中的潛在故障失效模式,從而達(dá)到提高航天器總裝質(zhì)量和效率的目的。

     

    Abstract: The reliability of spacecraft assembly is a key factor for improving the quality and efficiency of spacecraft assembly. Based on the characteristics of spacecraft assembly, this paper proposes a new reliability theory, including the modeling and analysis of the assembly procedure, the theory of reliability apportionment, and the assembly process FMEA theory, to evaluate the assembly process of spacecraft. Analysis results demonstrate that these reliability concepts and methods are effective for finding the potential fault models to improve the efficiency and quality of spacecraft assembly.
