航天器型號(hào)AIT生產(chǎn)管理模式探討

摘要: 為解決航天型號(hào)任務(wù)激增給AIT生產(chǎn)管理體系帶來的問題,文章結(jié)合當(dāng)前開展精細(xì)化管理工作的要求,與國(guó)外先進(jìn)宇航公司——泰雷茲-阿萊尼亞空間公司就組織機(jī)構(gòu)、科研生產(chǎn)管理、系統(tǒng)級(jí)研發(fā)及生產(chǎn)能力提升、生產(chǎn)流程進(jìn)行對(duì)標(biāo),提出了業(yè)務(wù)整合、流程再造、優(yōu)化管理模式的解決措施,探索具有中國(guó)航天特色的型號(hào)AIT生產(chǎn)管理模式。Abstract: To resolve the problems imposed on the spacecraft AIT management system due to the dramatic increase of space model scientific researches and manufacturing tasks, this paper investigates the international space company's standard intensive management, combined with China Academy of Space Technology (CAST)'s requirement, then put forward some solutions, toward the good manufacturing and management patterns with China's space characteristics.
