真空容器大門法蘭結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及優(yōu)化

Structural design and optimization for door flange of a large vacuum vessel

  • 摘要: 真空容器大門法蘭是空間環(huán)境模擬器容器系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)真空密封的關(guān)鍵件。根據(jù)功能要求和結(jié)構(gòu)特點,文章分析了真空容器大門法蘭的應(yīng)力狀態(tài)和強(qiáng)度設(shè)計方法。在此基礎(chǔ)上,建立了大門法蘭優(yōu)化設(shè)計模型,應(yīng)用有限元法對不同結(jié)構(gòu)模型進(jìn)行分析和評估,確定了大門法蘭的改進(jìn)設(shè)計方案。工程實踐表明,通過對大門法蘭進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,提高了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計質(zhì)量,使大型空間環(huán)境模擬器容器更為合理、可靠和經(jīng)濟(jì)。

     

    Abstract: Door flange is the critical part of the vacuum chamber of a space environment simulator. The stress analysis and the design method of the door flange are discussed in this paper. Optimized design models of the door flange are proposed. By the use of the finite element method, different models are analyzed and evaluated, and the best structure for the door flange is chosen. Engineering applications show that the optimizing design can improve the quality of the product structure as well as the reliability and the economy of the space environment simulator.
