The fault diagnosis expert system for spacecraft dynamic environment test

  • 摘要: 文章概述了對衛(wèi)星及星上組件進行振動環(huán)境試驗現(xiàn)有的故障診斷方法,并闡述了建立經(jīng)濟、有效的航天器故障診斷專家系統(tǒng)的重要性。提出了航天器故障診斷專家系統(tǒng)的研究方案,并通過對衛(wèi)星結構模型的應用,驗證了將小波系數(shù)作為故障診斷特征向量的可行性。利用此系統(tǒng)可在航天器研發(fā)過程中提高航天器結構的可靠性,縮減用于排查故障的時間與財力,縮短衛(wèi)星研制周期。

     

    Abstract: The existing fault diagnosis methods for spacecraft dynamic test and related modules are reviewed. The importance of building an economical and efficient expert system is stressed. A new expert system scheme for spacecraft dynamic environment test is proposed. It is shown that wavelet coefficients could be one of characteristic vectors of fault diagnosis in the satellite structural model. The structural system reliability and the efficiency of faults analysis would be improved by using the expert system.
