Project management based on matrix organization

  • 摘要: 文章結(jié)合項(xiàng)目管理的理論與實(shí)踐，闡明型號(hào)研制的一種組織管理模式。首先對(duì)矩陣組織的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了闡述，同時(shí)指出項(xiàng)目組織或項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理與職能（業(yè)務(wù)）部門或部門經(jīng)理之間的矛盾或沖突，然后在對(duì)這些問題進(jìn)行成因分析的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了針對(duì)性的解決措施。

     

    Abstract: Based on a combination of theories and practice related with project management and satellite development organization, this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of matrix organization, and the complicated relations between project organization/manager and function organization/manager. From our analysis, some measures are proposed.
