某衛(wèi)星不同受力環(huán)境下精度測試方法的新思路

A New Approach for Precision Measurements for a Satellite under Different Pressure Conditions

摘要: 文章簡要介紹了衛(wèi)星精度測試過程中不同受力（包括空載、滿載、充氣、不充氣）環(huán)境下所采取的一些新的精測思路，并通過具體的分析和計算，確定了不同的精測方法和步驟，其中涉及多基準的建立、轉(zhuǎn)換及變形量的補償?shù)取９彩褂昧耍穳K立方鏡、建立了4個基準，分步解決了衛(wèi)星重力變形、衛(wèi)星充氣變形對精度造成的影響，滿足該衛(wèi)星的總裝精度測量要求。

Abstract: In this paper, a new precision measuring method is presented for a new satellite under various conditions of unload and full-load, air-filled and non-air-filled. Different measuring programs and steps are introduced based on analysis and accurate calculation to avoid influences of gravity deformation and inflatable deformation on the precision measurements by using seven cubic mirrors and four multi-base, coordinate transformations and the compensation of satellite structure deformation.
