Equipment outline design for layout optimization of spacecraft

  • 摘要: 目前國(guó)內(nèi)航天器研制中,各分系統(tǒng)單機(jī)設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)外形、機(jī)械接口等很大程度上制約了航天器整體的總裝布局優(yōu)化工作,產(chǎn)生了大量附屬的總裝直屬件,這不僅引起整個(gè)航天器重量的增加,而且給后續(xù)的電纜和管路走向優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)造成障礙。文章通過(guò)借鑒“聯(lián)盟號(hào)”飛船設(shè)計(jì)思路,提出了以賦形設(shè)計(jì)減少總裝直屬件的數(shù)量布局優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法。

     

    Abstract: In the domestic spacecraft development, the structure contours and the mechanical interfaces of various subsystems are the main challenges in the three dimensional layout designs of spacecraft. Various brackets to install various kinds of equipment in the spacecraft have to be designed. Consequently, the spacecraft would become heavier. Besides, the layout design of cables and pipeline is affected. Based on the analysis of the Soyuz spacecraft, a method of the contour matching design is put forward in this paper in order to reduce the number of fixing brackets.
