摘要: 真空容器是大型空間環(huán)境模擬器的主體結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)。文章在分析了真空容器系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)及其設(shè)計(jì)方法的基礎(chǔ)上,以某大型空間環(huán)境模擬器真空容器系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)為例,探討了有限元法在真空容器設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用。工程實(shí)踐表明,利用有限元法對(duì)大型空間環(huán)境模擬器容器系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析設(shè)計(jì),可以解決復(fù)雜載荷下的結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力計(jì)算,優(yōu)化真空容器的局部結(jié)構(gòu),提高容器系統(tǒng)可靠性和經(jīng)濟(jì)合理性。Abstract: Vacuum chamber is the main body of a space environment simulator. This paper discusses the application of finite element analysis in the design of large vacuum chambers by taking a space environment simulator as an example on the basis of structure analysis and design method of vacuum chamber. The results show that the finite element method is effective and convenient for complex external load calculations and structure optimizations and that the reliability of the vacuum vessel and economy of construction can be achieved.
