飛船電源系統(tǒng)太陽(yáng)電池銀焊點(diǎn)的熱應(yīng)力分析

  • 摘要: 太陽(yáng)電池陣是航天器電源系統(tǒng)的重要結(jié)構(gòu)部件。文章以某飛船的太陽(yáng)電池板為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)其在熱真空可靠性試驗(yàn)中的溫度條件,對(duì)太陽(yáng)電池與互連片連接處的銀焊點(diǎn)部位進(jìn)行了熱應(yīng)力和熱變形仿真計(jì)算,并與試驗(yàn)現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,證實(shí)了交替變化的高低溫會(huì)導(dǎo)致銀焊點(diǎn)的虛接觸,從而使太陽(yáng)電池陣不能正常工作。該研究成果可為航天器太陽(yáng)電池銀焊點(diǎn)的連接設(shè)計(jì)和焊點(diǎn)的檢驗(yàn)提供參考。

     

    Abstract: As an important part of the power system of a spacecraft, the solar cell array is studied in this paper based on the temperature conditions of the thermal vacuum reliability test. The thermal stress and the thermal deformation at the silver welding spot between the solar cell and the inter-link chip are analyzed. The results show that the thermal cycling can make the silver welding spots separate or contact, so the solar array can not work normally. The results provide some insight for the design and test for welding spot of a solar array.
