A new method of designing vertical magnetization- demagnetization coil for satellite

  • 摘要: 文章提出采用電連接器對(duì)接安裝方式設(shè)計(jì)衛(wèi)星垂直方向充退磁線圈設(shè)備,可使衛(wèi)星磁試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中去除吊裝作業(yè),大大提高其安全性。根據(jù)該思路進(jìn)行線圈組位置布局及電性能參數(shù)的分析設(shè)計(jì),然后完成充退磁線圈設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和靜力學(xué)有限元分析。在北京衛(wèi)星環(huán)境工程研究所的CM2試驗(yàn)室內(nèi),研制完成的充退磁線圈設(shè)備已經(jīng)在多顆衛(wèi)星磁試驗(yàn)中獲得很好地應(yīng)用,它具有制造工藝簡(jiǎn)單、節(jié)省材料、操作安全方便等特點(diǎn)。

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes a new method of designing vertical magnetization-demagnetization coil for satellite, which concerns the use of electric connections. With this method, the hoisting with crane is not needed , and the safety and reliability of satellite magnetic test may be improved. For this purpose, the positions and electric parameters of the coil assembly are calculated, then the structural design and static analyses of the equipment are carried out. The magnetization-demagnetization coil has already been used in satellite magnetic tests in CM2 laboratory of Beijing Institute of Spacecraft Environment Engineering, which features easy manufacturing, material saving, safe work and easy operations.
