  • 摘要: 文章介紹了一套高精度CCD攝影測量系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)是專門為在真空低溫環(huán)境下的攝影測量而研制的,主要應(yīng)用于衛(wèi)星天線在模擬真空低溫環(huán)境下的冷熱變形測量試驗(yàn)。在試驗(yàn)過程中當(dāng)衛(wèi)星天線處于不同溫度時(shí),采用此系統(tǒng)對(duì)衛(wèi)星天線表面進(jìn)行高精度實(shí)時(shí)拍攝,將拍攝得到的數(shù)字圖像傳輸給專門的圖像處理軟件分析,就能夠得到衛(wèi)星天線表面的變形數(shù)據(jù)。該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思想還可以擴(kuò)展到其他小型設(shè)備在真空低溫環(huán)境或其他特殊環(huán)境下的應(yīng)用中。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a CCD photogrammetry system of high accuracy specifically for photogrammetric measurements in the vacuum cryogenic environment, which can be used to measure the distortion of satellite antennas. When the antenna is at different temperatures in the process of measurement, the real-time images of the antenna’s surface are taken by this system. Then the images are processed by a special software to obtain the displacement data of the antenna’s surface. This system can also be used in other applications in the same specified environment.
