熱防護中的粒狀剝蝕問題研究

  • 摘要: 粒狀剝蝕是機械剝蝕的主要形式之一,對纖維復合材料的熱防護性能有重要影響。通過理論分析得到了燒蝕達到穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)時纖維形狀的表達式,在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了粒狀剝蝕問題的力學分析模型。通過受力分析,采用莫爾破壞準則建立了判斷纖維復合材料是否發(fā)生粒狀剝蝕的條件。根據(jù)判別條件,材料纖維和基體的性能差異、外流場速度以及纖維尺寸都將顯著地影響纖維復合材料的剝蝕性能。

     

    Abstract: The grainy denudation is one of the most important modes of mechanical denudations, which has a great influence on the heat shield of fibrous composites. The formulas for fibre’s shape are obtained by a steady-state analysis. Based on the formulas, a mechanical model is set up to solve the grainy denudation problem of fibrous composites. Using the Mohr criterion, an estimate can be made for deciding if grainy denudation occurs. According to the estimate, the differences between fibre and bulk, the outer fluid velocity and the fibre’s dimension would markedly affect the denudation properties of fibrous composites.
