601EF脂潤(rùn)滑諧波減速器熱真空傳動(dòng)性能試驗(yàn)研究

摘要: 文章在熱真空條件下對(duì)采用601EF脂潤(rùn)滑的諧波減速器的傳動(dòng)性能進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,通過(guò)分析得出諧波減速器的傳動(dòng)性能與其應(yīng)用環(huán)境溫度、輸出扭矩和轉(zhuǎn)速具有直接相關(guān)性。低溫情況下由于接近潤(rùn)滑脂的傾點(diǎn)以及潤(rùn)滑脂粘度快速增加,導(dǎo)致諧波減速器的傳動(dòng)性能下降較快。Abstract: The transmission performance of a harmonic gear lubricated with 601EF grease was investigated under the vacuum thermal cycling environment. The results show that the lubricating properties of the harmonic gear are directly influenced by the temperature of the grease, the load and the rotary speed of the harmonic gear. Under the low temperature condition, the lubricating properties of the harmonic gear deteriorate significantly due to the viscosity rise of 601EF grease.
