  • 摘要: 文章概括介紹了故障診斷領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用發(fā)展情況,并以某航天器結(jié)構(gòu)故障診斷為例,詳細(xì)介紹了運(yùn)用多種動(dòng)力學(xué)環(huán)境試驗(yàn)技術(shù)對(duì)故障原因進(jìn)行診斷的過(guò)程。說(shuō)明有效地運(yùn)用動(dòng)力學(xué)環(huán)境試驗(yàn)技術(shù),不但可以暴露結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)缺陷,還可對(duì)航天器的結(jié)構(gòu)故障狀態(tài)進(jìn)行診斷分析,準(zhǔn)確查找出故障產(chǎn)生原因,為設(shè)計(jì)人員改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)、排除故障提供有力的依據(jù)。

     

    Abstract: After a review of the development of fault diagnosis, this paper presents a detailed procedure of fault diagnosis of a spacecraft by using various dynamic environmental test technologies. The results show that not only the defects in the structural design can be identified, but also the fault state and causes of the fault for spacecraft structures can be analyzed by using dynamic environmental test technologies, which will help engineers to avoid faults and improve the design.
