Numerical simulation of cryogenic shrouds in large space simulators

摘要: 文章結(jié)合某大型空間環(huán)境模擬設(shè)備,建立了復(fù)雜熱沉管網(wǎng)的計(jì)算模型。利用Flowmaster軟件, 對(duì)熱沉管網(wǎng)的流動(dòng)和換熱現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了模擬計(jì)算。根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果,對(duì)該大型管網(wǎng)熱沉的結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)提出了意見(jiàn),并進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。改進(jìn)后的熱沉管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)在流量和溫度均勻性方面均有較大的改進(jìn)。Abstract: A physical and numerical simulation model is established for the piping system of the cryogenic shroud in a large space simulator. The numerical analysis of heat and fluid flow in the piping system is carried out by using the software of the Flowmaster. On the basis of the calculation, the paper proposes a method of optimizing the piping structure to improve the uniformity of flow rate and temperature by adjusting the structure of shroud.
