Fast modeling of thermal shroud of space simulator with SolidWorks welding function

摘要: 熱沉是空間環(huán)境模擬設(shè)備的重要組成部分，其主要功能是實現(xiàn)冷黑環(huán)境模擬。由于熱沉的獨特結(jié)構(gòu)，傳統(tǒng)的從零件到裝配體的熱沉三維建模過程繁瑣且效率低下。文章介紹應(yīng)用SolidWorks三維設(shè)計軟件的焊件功能實現(xiàn)對熱沉的快速建模方法。通過某環(huán)模設(shè)備熱沉的建模過程，詳細(xì)描述了這種快速建模方法的步驟及要點。

Abstract: The thermal shroud is an important part of the space simulator. It provides the cold and dark conditions just like in the space environment. The traditional “components to assembly” modeling method is complex and is not very convenient to implemented, because of the special structure of the thermal shroud. The paper proposes a new fast modeling method of the thermal shroud with SolidWorks’s welding function. The modeling process of a thermal shroud for the space simulator is illustrated step by step. This method is shown to be efficient.
