空間微小碎片撞擊對太陽能電池性能影響

The property degradation of solar cell under cumulative impact of small space debris

  • 摘要: 文章利用中國科學(xué)院空間科學(xué)與應(yīng)用研究中心的等離子體驅(qū)動微小碎片加速器,進(jìn)行了空間微小碎片累積撞擊太陽能電池的模擬試驗(yàn)。之后,利用體式顯微鏡統(tǒng)計出太陽能電池表面的撞擊坑,并測量了撞擊前后太陽能電池的開路電壓、短路電流、最大輸出功率等參數(shù)的變化。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與理論分析揭示了引起太陽能電池功率衰減的主要原因是碎片累積撞擊導(dǎo)致的太陽能電池表面損傷。

     

    Abstract: The simulation experiments were carried out for the cumulative impact of small space debris on solar cell by using the plasma drag small particle accelerator in the Center for Space Science and Applied Research of Chinese Academy of Sciences. After the impact, the craters on the surface of the solar cells were observed under microscope, and the max voltage, current and output power were recorded. The results agree with the analytic results, and the power reduction of the solar cell is found to be due to its surface damage.
