星用FR-4材料本征介電性能隨溫度的變化研究

摘要: 衛(wèi)星內(nèi)帶電效應(yīng)是引起航天器故障的重要原因之一。地面試驗?zāi)M和分析評估是內(nèi)帶電效應(yīng)研究的主要手段,而介質(zhì)材料的介電性能參數(shù)是分析評估的必要輸入條件。文章系統(tǒng)介紹了FR-4材料的電導(dǎo)率、介電常數(shù)、介電強度3種本征介電參數(shù)的測量方法,并通過試驗測量了不同溫度下FR-4的介電參數(shù)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),F(xiàn)R-4本征介電參數(shù)并非固定值,而會隨溫度發(fā)生規(guī)律性的變化。Abstract: Internal charging is one of the most important causes for satellite malfunction. It can be studied by numerical simulation and analysis evaluation, but dielectric property parameters of the medium must be known in the first place. This paper discusses the methods for measuring three basic FR-4 dielectric property parameters, including conductance, permittivity and dielectric intensity. It is shown that FR-4 intrinsic dielectric properties vary with temperatures.
