摘要: 空間原子氧是危害低地球軌道(LEO)航天器在軌性能的最主要空間環(huán)境因素之一,,其強(qiáng)氧化性能夠?qū)Πㄌ?yáng)電池陣在內(nèi)的航天器外表面暴露材料和組件造成危害,。文章分析了某載人航天器在軌原子氧環(huán)境、原子氧對(duì)不同結(jié)構(gòu)太陽(yáng)電池陣所用材料的影響以及對(duì)太陽(yáng)電池陣組件電性能的影響,,結(jié)果表明原子氧對(duì)材料的作用能夠引起太陽(yáng)電池陣基板強(qiáng)度降低,、電連接可靠性下降及電纜線護(hù)套失效等風(fēng)險(xiǎn),材料的損傷會(huì)導(dǎo)致太陽(yáng)電池組件電性能的下降,。鑒于以上結(jié)果,,作者建議在今后LEO長(zhǎng)壽命航天器太陽(yáng)電池陣研制中,,應(yīng)對(duì)原子氧環(huán)境條件進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì);同時(shí)開(kāi)展組件級(jí)試驗(yàn),,以對(duì)電池陣原子氧防護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)的有效性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,。Abstract: Atomic oxygen is one of the most important space environment factors in LEO space and can cause damages of surface materials and components of spacecraft, such as solar array, because of its serious erosion effect. The results of calculation and analysis indicate that the atomic oxygen fluence on the solar-directional solar array surface of LEO spacecraft is approximately one third of that on the ram surface. Atomic oxygen may have damaging effects on the materials of solar array to induce hazards such as the decrease of the blanket strength and electrical connection reliability, as well as the invalidation of the cable cover. Furthermore, the damage of the materials could result in the electrical performance degradation of solar arrays. It is suggested that the atomic oxygen fluence should be considered in the solar array design for the long-duration LEO spacecrafts to shorten the development cycle and reduce the cost. The solar array used in LEO should be exposed to atomic oxygen and tested for its electrical performance, because it is the best way to ensure the design reliability of the solar array for a long term LEO mission.
