摘要: 文章對空間環(huán)境模擬器中的重力式自循環(huán)系統(tǒng)進行了介紹,,分析系統(tǒng)的工作原理,,明確了熱沉管內流體的流動狀態(tài)。對重力式自循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中的熱沉結構設計方法進行研究,給出理論計算公式和熱沉結構的設計流程,。最后,,根據(jù)確定的外流程輸入條件,計算出熱沉支管直徑和支管熱負荷隨體積含氣率的變化曲線,,對重力式自循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的熱沉結構設計提供了參考依據(jù),。Abstract: The gravity fed system in the space environment simulator is discussed in this paper. The working principle and the process of fluid flowing in shroud pipes are analyzed. The design method of the shroud in the gravity fed system is proposed with theoretical formulas and the design process. The curves of the diameter and the heat load of branch pipes against the volumetric void fraction are obtained for shroud designing.
