電子束輻照下鋁合金靶中熱擊波傳播規(guī)律研究

The thermal shock wave propagation in Al alloy induced by electron beam radiation

  • 摘要: 文章研究了電子束輻照下鋁合金靶中熱擊波的傳播與衰減規(guī)律。首先給出了基于半徑回歸法的鋁合金本構(gòu)模型,并給出了將其應(yīng)用于數(shù)值模擬的計算流程。然后,利用該模型以及自主編寫的計算軟件DRAM1D,模擬了脈沖電子束輻照鋁合金的熱擊波效應(yīng)。將計算結(jié)果與采用理想彈塑性本構(gòu)模型得到的結(jié)果以及實驗結(jié)果進行了比較,結(jié)果表明,相比于理想彈塑性本構(gòu)模型,基于半徑回歸法的鋁合金本構(gòu)模型所得到的熱擊波衰減相對較快,與電子束輻照鋁合金的實驗結(jié)果符合較好,更適合于描述鋁合金靶材中的熱擊波傳播。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the propagation and attenuation behavior of thermal shock wave in Al alloy induced by electron beam radiation are studied. First a new Al alloy constitutive model is proposed based on radius regression, and then the thermal shock wave effect is simulated with the Al alloy model and DRAM1D program. The results are compared with those of experiment and calculated by an ideal elastic-plastic model. It is shown that, the attenuation of thermal shock wave in Al alloy is faster with the use of the Al alloy model based on radius regression than that obtained from the ideal elastic-plastic model, as in good agreement with the experiment.
