在軌釋放、分離載荷動力學仿真研究

Dynamics simulation of on-orbit release and separation of payload

  • 摘要: 某些航天器需要在飛行過程中釋放、分離載荷,由此涉及的動力學問題,關系到航天器平臺與載荷的控制。文章主要對此類航天器的多體動力學問題進行研究,基于機械系統(tǒng)動力學仿真分析(ADAMS)軟件平臺建立了包括航天器平臺、載荷和兩類分離機構(gòu)等在內(nèi)的仿真模型,通過對三種在軌釋放、分離載荷方案的分離過程動力學仿真結(jié)果對比分析以及參數(shù)化仿真分析,為載荷釋放、分離方案設計提供參考。

     

    Abstract: Payload release/separation from spacecraft is usually required in space missions, and the related dynamic performance during the release/separation process is one of the important issues that would affect the control of the spacecraft platform and the payload. This paper focuses on the multi-body dynamics during separation/release, and uses the Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System (ADAMS) software to establish the simulation model, including the spacecraft platform, the payload, and the separation mechanism, to simulate the process of on-orbit release/separation. The results can be applied in the design of payload release/separation.
