GEO衛(wèi)星整星分子污染初步預(yù)估

A prediction of external molecular contamination on a GEO satellite

  • 摘要: 污染的長(zhǎng)期累積效應(yīng)是影響GEO衛(wèi)星長(zhǎng)壽命的重要因素。文章對(duì)GEO衛(wèi)星整星非金屬材料出氣造成的分子污染進(jìn)行了預(yù)估。根據(jù)擴(kuò)散理論建立保守出氣速率模型,基于自由分子流理論采用角系數(shù)方法計(jì)算污染分子視線(xiàn)傳輸,考慮了光化學(xué)沉積效應(yīng),對(duì)RTV膠、白漆出氣造成的OSR片、太陽(yáng)電池板、天線(xiàn)性能退化進(jìn)行了估計(jì),發(fā)現(xiàn)RTV膠的污染效應(yīng)較為嚴(yán)重,白漆的污染影響可忽略不計(jì)。該結(jié)果可作為制定污染控制要求時(shí)的參考上限值。

     

    Abstract: The cumulative effects of contamination are an important factor for orbital life of GEO satellite. The molecular contamination from outgassing of non-metallic materials with respect to a GEO satellite is studied in this paper. A conservative outgassing model based on diffusion theory, line-of-sight transport model and contamination deposition model is built. The performance degradation of OSR and solar array is estimated by using view factor method with consideration of photochemical deposition effects. The prediction results indicate that RTV adhesive can produce severe contamination effects, while the effects of white paint can be neglected.
