利用載人航天器進(jìn)行熱控涂層艙外搭載試驗(yàn)研究

  • 摘要: 為了解空間環(huán)境對(duì)熱控涂層性能的影響,文章設(shè)計(jì)了艙外熱控涂層搭載試驗(yàn)方案,包括試驗(yàn)件配置、在軌試驗(yàn)和回收方法。試驗(yàn)件在軌試驗(yàn)期間安放在載人航天器密封艙前艙門外,暴露于空間環(huán)境中;在實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)接、建立組合體后,航天員不需太空行走即可實(shí)施對(duì)搭載試驗(yàn)件的回收及再次安裝等操作。該方案若成功應(yīng)用并回收試驗(yàn)件至地面,我國(guó)將首次獲得熱控涂層空間飛行試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。

     

    Abstract: To study the space environmental effects on thermal control coatings, a scheme is proposed for flight experiments onboard manned spacecraft. During the test, the specimen is fixed on the exterior surface of the sealed cabin to be exposed to the space environment, which can be taken down and remounted by the astronaut without an EVA after the rendezvous and docking between the target vehicle and the spaceship. The scheme is to be implemented on China’s manned space missions. A successful recovery of the specimen can provide the first-hand data of the property degradation of thermal control coatings for China.
