Application of Keithley 2750 to the Measurement System in Vacuum Thermal Test

  • 摘要: 真空熱試驗測量系統(tǒng)是空間環(huán)境模擬設備的重要分系統(tǒng)。文章對真空熱試驗測量需求進行了簡單介紹，對采用吉時利2750數(shù)字多用表實現(xiàn)的1000點測量系統(tǒng)進行了說明，主要包括：測量系統(tǒng)的結構設計和通訊方式選擇、測量信號輸入多路轉換開關的選擇、測量信號輸入分線箱設計，提出了一種多主機并行的快速測量方法，并給出了測量參數(shù)。應用結果表明：該系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定可靠，測量數(shù)據(jù)準確無誤。

     

    Abstract: As the key subsystem of the space environment simulator, a measurement system of 1000 channels based on Keithley 2750 digital multimeter is introduced in the vacuum thermal test. The system structure and communication, the selection of multiplexer modules, the design of the input junction box, a parallel method for fast measurement, and the configuration of DMM are described in this paper. It is shown that the system works reliably.
