  • 摘要: 某熱真空試驗設(shè)備熱沉調(diào)溫系統(tǒng)采用開式沸騰系統(tǒng)，能夠使熱沉溫度在一定范圍內(nèi)可調(diào)，為產(chǎn)品試驗提供一定的交變溫度環(huán)境。測控系統(tǒng)通過PLC對調(diào)溫系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的測量與控制，實現(xiàn)對熱沉調(diào)溫。副熱沉溫度穩(wěn)定度約為±5℃，單點溫度穩(wěn)定度在±3℃之內(nèi)，基本滿足使用要求。

     

    Abstract: A heat sink in an open boiled refrigeration system, where temperature can be regulated automatically by PLC, provides a certain temperature field for the product tests in the space environment simulator. The heat sink’s temperature uniformity is about ±5 ℃, and the single point temperature stability is within ±3 ℃, which can meet the requirement in practice.
