The structure and the integrated application of spacecraft assembly process data

  • 摘要: 工藝數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)化與集成應用是航天器總裝研制生產(chǎn)信息化的一個重要發(fā)展方向。文章闡述了總裝工藝數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)化與集成應用的必要性、內(nèi)涵、基本原則和亟待解決的問題,提出了航天器總裝工藝數(shù)據(jù)集成的總體方案。針對所提出的總體方案,開展了工藝數(shù)據(jù)單(Process Data Bill, PDB)數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)以及與其他應用系統(tǒng)的集成應用,為后續(xù)工藝數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)化及進一步集成應用奠定了重要基礎(chǔ)。

     

    Abstract: The structure and the integrated application of assembly process data are issues of an important development direction of the information-oriented spacecraft assembly. The necessity, connotation, basic principles and challenges of such applications are discussed in this paper. The general scheme of the spacecraft assembly process data integration is put forward, and the implementation of the process data structure is expatiated. The development of the process data bill(PDB) prototype system provides a foundation for further structured and integrated applications of the process data.
