  • 摘要: 文章研究了紅外加熱籠邊緣效應(yīng)對衛(wèi)星表面到達(dá)熱流密度均勻性的影響,主要通過增加邊緣加熱籠并將其翻轉(zhuǎn)一定角度的方法,對紅外加熱籠的設(shè)計進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,以改進(jìn)衛(wèi)星表面的到達(dá)熱流密度均勻性。建立了變角度情況下蒙特卡羅仿真計算的幾何模型,對3種情況進(jìn)行了計算和分析,得到了對紅外加熱籠的邊緣效應(yīng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計的方法,可以用于指導(dǎo)多種情況下的紅外加熱籠設(shè)計。

     

    Abstract: The margin effect of infrared heating array on the flux uniformity on spacecraft surface is discussed in this paper. By adding a margin heating array with a certain angle, the infrared heating array can be optimized and the flux uniformity on pacecraft surface can be improved. Three modes are calculated and analyzed based on the geometry models of Monte Carlo simulation with different angles, and a method is found to optimize the margin effect of infrared heating array, which would be useful for the design of infrared heating arrays in many ways.
