Data Acquisition and Processing System for Spacecraft Dynamic Environment Tests

  • 摘要: 針對航天器動力學(xué)環(huán)境試驗測試的特點,自主研制了以VXI總線為基礎(chǔ)的128通道航天器動力學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)采集處理系統(tǒng)。文章介紹了系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成和特點,在硬件上采用塊傳輸和同步時鐘等技術(shù),在軟件上應(yīng)用面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù)及功能模塊分層管理的思想。該系統(tǒng)突破了高速同步采樣、大容量數(shù)據(jù)實時傳輸、并行任務(wù)實現(xiàn)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并具備一定的擴充空間,可以投入型號研制中使用。

     

    Abstract: To meet the technical requirements of dynamic environment test of spacecraft, a data acquisition and processing system is developed with 128 channels based on VXI bus. The block transfer mode and synchronous clock are used in its hardware design, and the object oriented method and the hierarchical function module management are used in its software design. The system features the high-speed synchronous sampling, real-time mass data transmission, parallel task realization, and good expandability. The system can be used in dynamic environment testing for spacecraft.
