ZnO粉末質(zhì)子輻照損傷效應(yīng)

The damage of ZnO powder caused by proton irradiation

  • 摘要: 文章研究了90 keV質(zhì)子輻照作用下ZnO粉末的輻照損傷機(jī)制。ZnO粉末的質(zhì)子輻照損傷方式以電離效應(yīng)為主,質(zhì)子輻照后ZnO粉末表面產(chǎn)生大量的氧空位型缺陷(Vo**,Vo*和Vo)。氧空位型缺陷的產(chǎn)生是ZnO粉末光譜反射系數(shù)下降的主要原因。實驗結(jié)果表明:質(zhì)子輻照下,ZnO粉末光學(xué)性能退化主要發(fā)生在可見光區(qū),在紅外區(qū)間ZnO粉末光學(xué)性能退化不明顯。

     

    Abstract: The optical degradation mechanism of ZnO powder caused by 90 keV protons is studied in this paper. The main degradation mechanism is the ionization under proton irradiation. With the proton exposure, a large number of point defects are generated on the surface of ZnO powder (VO, VO and VO), which is the main cause for the decrease of spectral reflectance. The results show that, under the proton exposures, the optical property degradation mainly occurs in the visible region, and the degradation is not serious in the infrared region.
