剛性輪與模擬月壤相互作用初步研究

  • 摘要: 文章在初步總結(jié)當(dāng)前月球車輪與月面土壤相互作用研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,利用自主開發(fā)的仿真平臺(tái)開展了剛性車輪和模擬月壤的相互作用的仿真計(jì)算,并與土槽試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了初步的對(duì)比研究。研究表明,仿真結(jié)果和試驗(yàn)的測量值誤差在30%以內(nèi),尤其在車輪的垂直沉陷量的計(jì)算上和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果一致性較好,從而驗(yàn)證了輪-土相互作用的模型的局部合理性,但是在切向力的計(jì)算上還存在一定的誤差,需要繼續(xù)完善。

     

    Abstract: A simulation of the interaction between a rigid wheel and lunar soil simulant was carried out on a platform developed specially by our institute, and the simulated results were compared with those obtained by soil bin experiments. It was found that the error was within 30%, and the predicted sinkage agrees extremely well with the experiment results, and thereby to some extent the proposed wheel-soil interaction model was validated. But the shear force prediction was unsatisfactory and further effort will be needed to improve the model.
